How Licensing Works

Med Sim App uses a case-based licensing system — meaning each unique simulation case you want to access requires its own license. Every license gives you unlimited access to a specific case code, so if you’re only running one case at a time, a single license is all you need.If you plan to run multiple different cases at the same time (for example, in different classrooms or scenarios), you’ll need a separate license for each active case. Licenses are sold on an annual basis, but we’re happy to customize terms for unique program needs. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll work with you to set up a licensing plan that fits.

Purchasing Licenses

Getting started with Med Sim App is easy. You can purchase licenses directly through our online purchasing page using a credit card for instant access. Simply select the number of case licenses you need, complete checkout, and your licenses will be immediately emailed to you — ready to use when you are.If your organization requires invoicing, no problem.

Just contact our support team with the number of licenses you’d like to order, and we’ll send over an invoice. Once payment is received, your licenses will be activated and emailed to you. Whether you prefer the convenience of online checkout or the flexibility of an invoice, we’re happy to help you get set up quickly.

Renewals & Cancellations

To help you stay on track, Med Sim App sends renewal reminders via email at key intervals — 30 days before your license expires, again at 7 days, and once more on the day of expiration. When it’s time to renew, you can easily extend your license online for immediate access. If you prefer to renew via invoice, simply email our support team, and we’ll help you complete your renewal.

Please note that we do not offer cancellations or refunds. Licenses will simply expire if not renewed, and access to the associated case will be disabled. If you believe your situation may be an exception, please reach out to us directly — we’re happy to review any special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
