Shortness of Breath (CHF)
A 72-year-old female with a history of congestive heart failure presents complaining of worsening shortness of breath and lower extremity swelling for the past three days. She denies chest pain but reports orthopnea.
1) Initial Phase

Correct Interventions: Administer oxygen, CPAP, diuretics Description: Patient's breathing eases, crackles decrease. Swelling in extremities reduces slightly.
