How Licensing Works

Med Sim App uses a case-based licensing system — meaning each unique simulation case you want to access requires its own license. Every license gives you unlimited access to a specific case code, so if you’re only running one case at a time, a single license is all you need.

If you plan to run multiple different cases at the same time (for example, in different classrooms or scenarios), you’ll need a separate license for each active case. Licenses are sold on an annual basis, but we’re happy to customize terms for unique program needs. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll work with you to set up a licensing plan that fits.
